|Do you cater for more than one Wedding a day?
||Yes, however our Wedding Co-ordinator will ensure that you are able to have use of the terrace in turn for those all important photos. Every care will be taken to prevent any interference from other parties.
|Can we bring our own wine / champagne?
||You may, the corkage charges per 75cl bottle are £10.00 for still wine, £12.00 for sparkling and £15.00 for champagne
|Do you allow outside caterers?
||This will only be permitted with the hiring of Mawson's Marquee. The rates of £8000 on a Saturday and Sunday and £5000 any other day will include tables & chairs only. A fee of £7.00 per person would include crockery, cutlery & glassware settings. Unfortunately the use of Dunchurch Park kitchens will not be permitted for preparation of foods.
|What time does the party have to end?
||The bar closes to non-residents at 12.30am, from then on only residents will be able to purchase drinks and charged to room accounts (only if authorisation of credit/debit card has been taken). All entertainment should be concluded by 1am, midnight in the Mawson Marquee.
|Do you allow confetti?
||Yes, confetti is permitted inside the grounds but not inside the house.
|Do you allow fireworks?
||Due to compliance with environment agencies, Dunchurch Park are only allowed to host 7 fireworks displays per year. We recommend that you advise the Wedding Co-ordinator as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
|How many bedrooms can we have?
||We can hold a reservation of up to 25 rooms for your guests which will be released without charge 10 weeks prior to the wedding if not required (subject to availability).
|What are the cost of the bedrooms?
||£69 per double & £49 per single room inclusive of breakfast the following morning.
|What is included in the package?
||A complimentary room for the bride & groom, master of ceremonies, cake stand & knife.
|Are chair covers included?
||No, we can arrange these at an additional cost or you may arrange these with an external supplier.
