Our Head Chef and his team have created an excellent range of dishes to select from for your event. You can opt for one of Chef’s suggested set menus or develop your own culinary experience by choosing from our menu selector. From 3 to 7 course dinners, finger buffets to gala banquets, afternoon teas and picnics to barbeques, we have a selection to suit all requirements.

If you would like to discuss alternative ideas, such as a themed meal, our Chef would be delighted to talk through suggestions with you. We are also happy to discuss any special dietary requirements that your guests may have.

The hotel has a variety of rooms that can accommodate private dining from an intimate group of 10 guests or the Garden Rooms suite and Mawson’s Marquee for a party night for up to 250 guests. Have you considered making your dinner party one to be remembered with entertainment such as Murder Mystery, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire or a Race Night?
