A superb choice of 24 conference, meeting and training rooms plus an additional 8 syndicate rooms, presents Dunchurch Park Hotel and Conference Centre as an extremely versatile venue, offering maximum flexibility to event organisers, trainers and their delegates.

Mawson's Marquee, located within it's own secluded garden, is fully equipped and is ideal for private dining, celebrations and receptions, exhibitions and road shows, car and product launches.

Our all-inclusive delegate package:

All on-site Audio Visual equipment, unlimited access to delegate café, complimentary Internet Centre, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the site, free photocopying, a syndicate room for up to 10 delegates (subject to availability), main room hire, delegate table stationery and refreshments, hot and cold buffet lunch.

The delegate café areas are open all day for guests to help themselves to unlimited refreshments and snacks - these include a range of coffees & teas, hot chocolate, energy drinks, juices, cordials and mineral waters; snacks range from chocolate bars, muffins, cakes, hot savouries, biscuits, crisps, cereal bars and fresh fruit.

Internet access and photocopying are available free for all delegates in the Internet Centre which is open from 7.00am to 11.00pm.
