M1 (Northbound) - Exit motorway at junction 17 to join the M45 motorway.
At the end of the M45 take the B4429 towards Dunchurch.
At the traffic lights in Dunchurch turn left onto the A426.
Dunchurch Park is 500 yards on the right.
M6 & M1 (Southbound) - Exit the M1 at junction 20, or the M6 at junction 1. Head for Rugby and then follow the signs for Banbury (A426), Dunchurch is 2 miles from the town centre.

|Do you serve food all day?||We serve light bites from 12pm – 10pm each day, a full bar menu from 5:30pm until 10pm Sunday to Friday. A limited night time menu is available from 11pm until 4am.|
|Is there anywhere to store our luggage?||We are more than happy to store your luggage free of charge for you.|
|How many car parking spaces do you have?||We have between 225 & 280 parking spaces split across the main car park, overflow car park and overflow area on one of our fields.|

|Do you have disabled car parking?||Yes, the disabled badge holder car parking can be found outside Rochford Court and in the short stay car park.|

|Do you allow pets?||No, unfortunately we do not allow any pets other than guide dogs.|
|Arriving into Rugby Train Station||Instead of pre-booking a taxi please note that there is a taxi rank outside Rugby station which has numerous taxi’s on hand.|
|What is the cancellation policy for an individual bedroom reservation?||Full charges will be applied if a room is cancelled after 3PM the day prior to arrival. If a bedroom reservation is made as part of a conference group then conference terms and conditions will apply.|
|How can I amend a bedroom reservation?||

|When will payment be taken from my card?||Payment for your bedroom, and any extras, will be taken on departure.|
|What is a pre-authorisation and why is it required?||A pre-authorisation is a swipe of your credit/debit card to ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay for your stay. The funds are held in your account for 3-5 working days before being released back to you, in order to guarantee payment on departure. If your stay is shorter than 3-5 days a completion transaction will be carried out on departure, which will transfer the held fund in to a sale. A pre-authorisation allows for charges to your bedroom to include food & beverage, should you wish to take this option. It also covers us for any incidentals during your stay. It is company policy that no room keys are given until a pre-authorisation has been carried out. In rare cases a £100.00 cash deposit can be left with reception as a guarantee, which will be refunded back to you on departure.|
|Are there any bedrooms in the main house?||Unfortunately we do not have any bedrooms in the main house, all of our bedrooms are located in two blocks called the Stable Block and Rochford Court near to Reception.|
|Do you have family rooms available?||We do not have specific family rooms available, but do have rooms large enough to add additional beds or cots. Cots and beds are free of charge for children up to the age of 4. Children aged 5 and over will be at an additional charge of £10.00 per child to include breakfast. Zed-beds are only available for children up to the age of 10.|
|How much is breakfast?||Breakfast for non-residents is available at £12.50 per person.|
|What do I need to do to confirm a bedroom reservation?||Card details will need to be given to secure a bedroom reservation. This will need to be done even if the room charge will be settled by cash.|
|Do you offer room service?||Unfortunately we do not offer room service but you are more than welcome to order your food at the bar and take it back over to your bedroom yourself.|
